Gelato is the way Conchs (Key West natives) and Italians cool off on a hot day. We craft our hand made Italian gelato using ingredients from Italy to produce a dessert with less fat and a more intense flavor than traditional ice cream. Each day we make 14 artisan flavors such as tiramisu, pistachio, chocolate hazelnut and of course Key Lime. We also offer dairy-free desserts such as real fruit mango and strawberry sorbets.
